First Bolan experience: I first heard Marc, now don't laugh, but I think it was a beer commercial about 6 or 7 years ago! I made my mom go out and buy Electric Warrior, and then the Slider! And that started it all! I've built my collection up to 48 cd's and 28 45's, but am still looking for the elusive My People Were Fair..... on LP!

What would you like to tell the world about Marc Bolan: Marc is more than just the songs he wrote, he has become a major influence in my life! I can't play an instrument, and I can't sing to save my life, but the words and his vision has really inspired me, in my art, and in my life. I kinda feel at peace when I hear his voice. All I can say is that he is mystical! I wasn't hardly a year old when he died, and I never got to see him in person, and it's hard to find actual video of him! I remember the first time I saw him, and actually heard his voice, it was on the Born to Boogie movie, and when I saw him move and talk it was like I was witnessing something magical, and sacred. I just new then, how much more I was taken in! I will always have a big place in my heart for Marc! And, maybe oneday we'll finally meet, at the gates of Beltane.
