Hi, this is the personal web space of Stephen Rodgers. Since joining InterLogic I have been christened spider ('cos I'm in charge of our web). this also helps differentiate me from the many other Steves in our group of companies. I'm currently heavily involved in the design and coding of 'Latitude', written in Delphi, which is our content gathering tool for TravelRama.

The River Medway.
'My' Lake in the Pyrenees.
A recent party.
For all those diggers out there, I've uploaded a couple of up-to-date pictures of the Rodgers family.
I live in Maidstone, the county town of Kent (the Garden of England). I chose to move to Maidstone, when I wanted to leave London, mostly because of the river Medway - which I've photographed and documented on these pages.
I have been a keen angler, I've always loved swimming in lakes and rivers and I like getting an all-over tan. About seven years ago, while on holiday in the Costa Brava in Spain, I discovered this little paradise where all three pleasures can be combined.
Martin Llewellyn, whom I had not seen for 11 years, contacted me via the net, got me out camping with the lads, then had a 40th birthday last Saturday. Here's some of the evidence (the rest of the evidence is on the carpet at the top of the stairs!).

At about the same time I was starting my first company, (Computerad, 1985 I think it was), I lived in Back Hill, London EC1. There were a couple of large advertising hoardings nearby, which mostly carried tobacco ads - and one of my neighbours obviously objected. He (they?) signed themselves 'Coughin' everytime they defaced an ad, and sometimes their additions were very witty.
I was impressed by the effort and wit exhibited in the graffiti and started to photo-document it. Click here to see a page of thumbnails of this collection. Clicking on the thumbnail will download a larger picture.
I've got a daytime email address, and personal one which is examined most nights and at weekends.
