06/06/97: The HTML on thesae pages is basically all pretty old, and I probably won't get around to jazzing it up. I've included this little box to prove that I can do slightly more modern stuff, and to make a plea to my readers.

There is a hell of a lot of water gardening activity on the web, and these pages are being read about 20 times per day. It's a great feeling to know that people are interested in something I did and then wrote about, but at the moment all I can know about you (from reading the logs) is a tiny amount about where you found me, and perhaps what country you're in. PLEASE drop me line to let me know you visited, and perhaps a tell me a little about your own splashing about.
23/07/97. Since I posted this plea, people have started dropping me lines. Click here to see what they've said (only posted with their permission).

29/06/97: You don't get to be mad enough to build a model river without being impressed by the real thing(s). My favourite river is the River Medway, in Kent, and I've put together a kind of photo essay/journey about it. Please click here to read on.
