Ruth Baker was
born in Paignton, Devon, with the Sun in Scorpio
and Ascendant in Gemini. She
studied astrology with the Faculty of
Astrological Studies and then went on to
specialise in traditional astrology, studying
with the late Olivia Barclay. Ruth has also
completed extensive studies with Sue Ward and
also with John Frawley.
Ruth writes for
leading astrological journals, has just
completed a book on astrology and is currently
researching another. As well as being an
astrologer she is also a professional violinist.
She is happily married with one grown up
daughter and her interests include 19th century
English and continental literature and The
Times daily crossword puzzle.
Ruth is an
accomplished astrologer and tutor for the
Traditional Horary Course.
