Sanjiv Talwar gained European corporate acquisition and investment evaluation experience at Investcorp, London, a large Investment Bank, which owns Gucci and Saks 5th Avenue. He gained financial experience at KPMG Peat Marwick, London, where he was Assistant Manager, achieving their highest merit rating in a short time. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a Ph.D. in Corporate Finance (Investment Appraisal and Taxes) from the London School of Economics. Prior to that, he stood first in Delhi University in B.A. Economics (Hons) from St Stephen's College, Delhi. He won the President's medal for best all round performance at Bishop Cotton School, Simla, India which he also topped, with 89% average grades.
