Okay, so this
is another piece of Java script based on a game I found at Cut-N-Paste
JavaScript again. I've done a little more to this one, however,
but it plays just like ordinary hangman. This time though, you're
trying to prevent Amanda being beheaded :-). There are 170 words
in the database, and all of them have something to do with Hl Raven,
although some are a little obscure. There are names in there as
well, but only the ones I could remember off the top of my head.
A few words
of advice before you leap to tackle the Hangman game.
- It's JavaScript,
and relies on image swapping, so if you have a very slow connection
I suggest you turn back now.
- When you
go to the page wait until all the images have loaded before
you start to play, strange things can happen if you don't.
- If you
reload the page the scores with disappear and the game will
reset. In normal play there should be no words which come up
twice, if you reset there may be a few repeats (not many because
a random choice of 170 is quite diverse but never-the-less,
there may be some:-)).
