Map Point 4 Front The junction of Bull Lane and High Street. This was the point where the traffic divided, left to go to London or straight down Bull Lane to go to Maidstone. Fortunately the Wrotham bypass has taken away all this traffic. This was called the street until the early 1800s when it was renamed High Street.
