Welcome to The Scarecrow's five minute helicopter flight. Fasten your seat belts, put on your headphones. OK lets GO!

We are looking south, down in front of us, you can clearly see the Bull Hotel from the rear and its car park. This ancient coaching inn probably dates back to the twelfth centuary as an un-licenced ale house, although records only exist from the fourteenth centuary.
It has in the past been the scene of some dodgy goings on, including smuggling and even murder. But today this is a superb location on a very quiet Bull Lane, yet the access to London and Kent by the excellent roads couldn't be easier.
This whole area is a walkers delight, not just this historic village, the countryside is criss crossed with country lanes and a small investment in one of the local walking guide books is all you need for a wonderful holiday.
We are just east of the Bull Hotel and we have swung round to face west now. The centre piece of Wrotham village is the church and you can clearly see it consists of four roof sections and a square tower. Scarecrow Tours operate an interesting guided tour of the church if you care to wander round there after this flight.
Can you see the little round building at 12 o'clock from the church (due west)? This is the village well that provided all the water for the village right up till about ?? years ago. Its still in working order, the pumps were driven by donkeys pulling the wheels round.

Goodbye I Hope you enjoyed the Flight.
